Radon testing.

$200 · NRPP-Certified

A continuous radon monitor (CRM) records hourly readings over a 50-hour window, not a single-snapshot passive test. The National Radon Proficiency Program-compliant report is sent as soon as the test device is recovered, with mitigation pathways if the average is elevated.

  • Continuous-radon-monitor
  • 50-hour test window
  • Hourly readings & tamper detection
  • NRPP-compliant reporting
  • Mitigation contractor referrals

§ 05 / New Builds

New-construction inspection.

  • 11-month warranty inspection
  • Code-vs-best-practice
  • Subcontractor handoffs

  • HVAC performance check
  • Punch-list documentation
  • Builder-handoff package
  • Direct-to-builder report
§ 07 / Option

Home maintenance inspection.

Priced like a comprehensive

An inspection for homeowners who aren't buying or selling, just staying ahead of problems. I go through the home the same way I would for a buyer, so you know what needs attention now and what to budget for down the road.

  • Annual or seasonal check-up
  • Roof, gutters & flashing
  • Crawlspace & moisture review
  • HVAC, plumbing & electrical
  • Deferred-maintenance punch list
  • Prioritized by urgency
