Rest Easy Inspections is owned and operated by me, Justin Rest. For as long as I’ve been able to swing a hammer, I have been involved with construction. As I grew up, any day off from school meant that I got the opportunity to help Dad with residential remodeling. Eventually, we transitioned into commercial construction, as well as ‘flipping’ houses. Combining that experience with a desire to help more people became a natural progression to home inspection. The National Home Inspector Examination is Virginia’s home inspector licensing exam. A majority of people do not pass this exam on the first try, however I achieved a near-perfect score. I have worked with multiple inspectors covering a large area of Northern, Central, and Eastern Virginia.

Today, with my own home inspection business, I do everything possible to take phenomenal care of clients, so that I may take the same care of my family. In my personal time I enjoy playing with my two children, doing personal home improvement projects, mountain biking, and fooling with cars.
