I Work When You Need Me
I have a flexible schedule for performing your inspection. The only real requirement? Light! I can not adequately evaluate the exterior of a home with a flashlight. If you need an odd-hours inspection, including weekends, give me a call and we will work something out!

Up Close Roof Inspections
I will always perform your roof inspection by walking it, or from the eaves. Many home inspectors use a drone to inspect roofs, for various reasons. While this may seem impressive, I find it valuable to see and feel the roof up-close.

I Enter Crawlspaces
I will always personally enter your crawlspace to perform your home inspection, unless there is a safety hazard preventing me from doing so. As with your roof inspection, I feel sending a robot into the crawlspace to do the inspection allows much to be missed. As a bonus, I usually get to make new friends under a home!
Radon Inspections
Rest Easy is NRPP certified to perform radon inspections in Virginia. We use a continuous radon monitor, which gives hourly updates of radon concentration over the test duration. Radon inspections are $200, which includes analysis for mitigation and a full report.
